Refund eligibility

Refund request method

Non-refundable cases

  • Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Completed custom consulting, live training, or delivered institutional review work, if applicable.
  • Prior subscription periods after digital access was provided, unless required by law.
