How to cancel
Customers may request cancellation by emailing [email protected] with their account email, subscription ID if available, and the requested cancellation date. Placeholder: add a customer portal link when Stripe Billing Portal is enabled.
Billing after cancellation
Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period. Past billing periods are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
Subscription changes
Plan upgrades, downgrades, or billing interval changes may be handled through support until a self-service billing portal is enabled.
